Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool waterless

WASHINGTON, DC (Eagle News) — During the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic the number of people visiting the National Mall has diminished and during this Sunday afternoon in the nation’s capital the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool was without water.
