Pensacola Bubble Alley is a colorful and unique visual experience for Pensacola residents and visitors to enjoy, photograph and share. Several thousand reusable vinyl “bubbles” were suspended high above the heart of downtown Pensacola as part of the city’s annual Foo Foo Festival, which celebrates cultural arts in an open air setting.
