(Eagle News) — In honor of Philippine Independence Day, celebrated June12,  EBC spotlights the Philippine National Flower called Sampaguita (Jasminum Sambac).. Sampaguita is a species of jasmine that is native and cultivated across South East Asia. The flower is widely cultivated due to its attractive and distinct sweet fragrance.
